Registration:
Please bring the admission letter and related materials to register on time at the first school day, and get the handouts. Please inform academic affairs office if there are special causes to fail to register on time.
Classes:
Please sign your name on time in students’ sign-in area, please do not be late or leave early.
To avoid influence others, please turn off electronic communication products during the class time.
No smoking and eating in the classroom to make sure keep the environment clean and tidy.
In order to know the class situation and get the feedback immediately, class representative will be selected from each class to deliver the information and do the communication and service work. The College welcomes self nomination and election
Students may express opinions about lectures and handouts to academic affairs office. The College welcomes and accepts the feedbacks and complaints.
Classes and activities arrangement will be informed in the ways of message and E-mails by academic affairs office. Please make sure you have received the message.
Board and lodging:
The College will arrange lunch for students.
Anyone who wants to book the room, please contact the academic affairs office ahead of time at your own cost.
Assessments,asking for a leave and make-up classes:
Students shall finish the assessments in terms of teachers’ arrangement.
Please notice the class tutor to ask for a leave ahead of time.
The College adopts the credit system to open classes in rotation. Students who ask for a leave can take the make-up class in next round.
